More than 4,000 artifacts appeared at the Ho Chi Minh City Spring Flower Festival, attracting people to visit and enjoy the opening day.
On January 20, Ho Chi Minh Spring Flower Association (lasting until January 30, from December 25 to the end of the 6th of the Year of the Rat), at Tao Dan Park began to open to welcome visitors.
According to the organizers, in 2019 the Ho Chi Minh City Spring Festival welcomed more than 800,000 visitors and this year is expected to welcome more than 1 million guests. The ticket to the Canh Ty Spring Flower Festival 2020 remains the same as the previous year was 30,000 VND / person (children under 1m2 are exempted from the admission ticket).
This year, the Spring Flower Festival has more than 4,000 artifacts on topics: apricot blossom, orchid, porcelain flower, temperate flower, ancient ornamental-bonsai, rockery-small landscape … on display.
The highlight of the Spring Flower Festival is the small scenes of 12 zodiacs, green hills made of fresh flowers, showing the imprint of the Spring Flower Festivals each year. Visitors can watch the splendid flower balls moving, creating a lively space when watching flowers; The garden hanging near the gate on the side of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street is newly designed, creating a sense of discovery for visitors to visit.
The main gate of Truong Dinh Street is designed with model number 40 and the bright spring petals are reaching out to the sun to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Spring Flower Festival. In addition, the green wall on Truong Dinh Street is surrounded by a strip of fence made from real trees, on the wall is decorated with a funny 12 animal design.
Especially this year to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Spring Flower Festival, the Organizing Committee arranged a meaningful exhibition area for the formation and development process. Visitors not only admire the scenery but also feel the steps of the Spring Flower Festival.
During the festival, there are also traditional Tet art activities such as lion lion performances, art stage, traditional folk songs, folk games, circus, magic, and clever activities. hands for children, performing calligraphy in Vietnamese, tea ceremony, culinary culture …
